Ridgeway Marketing was founded by Beryl Pettitt, who has worked in marketing for over 25 years

Her experience spans both the corporate environment and running her own business. She understands the needs and pressures of managing a business, so clients find her advice both practical and affordable. Ridgeway Marketing draws on the experience of a network of trainers and mentors, all under the guidance of Beryl Pettitt. There are a variety of training and mentoring options available and a flexible approach.

Beryl has worked with a wide range of businesses, from consultants and accountants to artists and entrepreneurs, helping them to reach new markets and get more customers. She has an MA in marketing, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is an accredited supplier listed on the Business Link Supplier Brokerage database.

History

Prior to establishing Ridgeway Marketing, Beryl was Divisional Marketing Executive at APV Baker (now Baker Perkins), the leading international supplier of process equipment to the food industry. Since 1997, she has worked on a variety of marketing projects, including researching and writing reports on consumer markets for Mintel, designing and facilitating marketing training for self employed creatives, facilitating marketing workshops for new start-up businesses, and mentoring small businesses.
